Dear Pichondria Community,

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Pichondria v1.0 UPS HAT for Raspberry Pi! After months of dedicated design and development, we are excited to bring this innovative product to you.

The Pichondria v1.0 UPS HAT is designed to enhance your Raspberry Pi experience with its advanced features and functionalities. It comes equipped with I2C communication, allowing seamless integration and control with your Raspberry Pi. One of its standout features is the ability to adjust voltage and charging rates, providing flexibility and customization options to suit your specific needs.

Moreover, the UPS HAT offers a range of customizable features and shutdown options, empowering users with greater control and convenience. It is compatible with lithium-ion batteries and includes built-in protections for both the batteries and the output to the Raspberry Pi, ensuring safe and reliable operation. One of the unique design elements of the Pichondria v1.0 UPS HAT is its special pogo pins, which allow for easy and secure mounting of the Raspberry Pi on top of the UPS HAT, creating a compact and integrated solution.

We had also received requests to have visual tutorials so that the UPS could be used by even the beginners. We have added all tutorials, available at pichondria.com/tutorials

The journey from initial design to production has been a challenging yet rewarding experience, taking nearly 16 months of meticulous planning and development, followed by an additional 4 months to bring it to production. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our well-wishers and supporters who have been with us throughout this journey. Your encouragement and feedback have been invaluable in shaping this product.

As we embark on this new chapter with the launch of Pichondria v1.0 UPS HAT, we look forward to your continued support and feedback. Together, we can continue to innovate and create products that enhance your Raspberry Pi projects and experiences.

Thank you for being a part of the Pichondria community!

Best regards,
John
