I would like to know if it works with 33W xiaomi charger and powerbank with max o/p of 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 11V/3A and 20V/1.35A. The cable is for 3A rating.

Love to hear from people who brought this product. As much review isn’t available, and havent heard much around this product. Would love to understand and know if it is safe for the raspberry pi 5 and long term review.

Yes, it works well with the USB-PD adapters and power banks. It will take the 20V input and convert it to 5V 5A output (USB-C). It is safe for Pi5.
Ensure to make code changes as recommended in the tutorial https://pichondria.com/usb-pd-2-0-3-0-to-5v-5a-converter-for-raspberrypi-5-tutorial/
Also take a look at https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/931306-build-your-own-ultra-portable-eaa-system-astrowl-box/?p=13959391 to see the board in use with RPi5 from community.
